Personal Pickup

Approved families may arrange an in-person pickup by appointment. This provides an opportunity to meet your puppy, discuss care instructions, and prepare for the transition to your home.

Ground Transportation

When available, we may assist with arranging professional ground transportation through experienced pet transport providers. Availability depends on the destination, weather, puppy readiness, and transportation requirements.

Flight Nanny Service

For select destinations, a flight nanny service may be available. A dedicated caregiver accompanies the puppy during air travel and coordinates handoff with the receiving family at the destination.

Health & Travel Requirements

Before transportation is arranged, puppies will receive appropriate veterinary care based on their age and readiness for placement. Families will receive applicable health records and documentation.
