Health & Wellness Guarantee
At Best Frenchie Pups , we are committed to providing families with puppies that receive appropriate age-based veterinary care, vaccinations, deworming, and a healthy start before placement. The following terms outline our health and wellness policy.
1. Veterinary Examination
The Adopter should arrange a comprehensive examination with a licensed veterinarian within seven (7) days of receiving the puppy. If a veterinarian identifies a significant pre-existing illness or congenital condition covered under the applicable agreement, the Adopter should contact us promptly and provide the relevant veterinary documentation.
Any remedy, replacement, or refund will be handled according to the specific terms of the signed puppy agreement and applicable law.
2. Health Conditions
French Bulldogs, like all breeds, may be susceptible to certain inherited or developing health conditions. While responsible breeding and veterinary care can help reduce risks, no breeder can guarantee that a puppy will remain free from every future illness or condition.
Any health-related claim must be supported by appropriate veterinary documentation and will be reviewed according to the terms of the signed agreement.
3. Communicable Illness
If a puppy is diagnosed with a communicable illness shortly after placement, the Adopter should notify us as soon as possible and provide veterinary documentation. Covered situations will be addressed according to the health terms stated in the signed agreement.
4. Transportation & Delivery
If transportation is requested, applicable transportation arrangements and costs will be discussed with the Adopter before delivery. When available, we may assist in coordinating transportation through an appropriate pet transportation provider.
For in-person pickup, the pickup schedule and payment requirements will be confirmed in advance.
5. Payment
The agreed puppy fee and any applicable transportation charges must be paid according to the payment schedule provided in the signed puppy agreement. All applicable fees and payment terms will be communicated clearly before the transaction is finalized.
6. Adopter Responsibilities
The Adopter agrees to provide the puppy with:
Appropriate food and fresh water
A safe and comfortable living environment
Regular exercise appropriate for the puppy’s age
Routine veterinary care
Recommended vaccinations and preventive care
Proper socialization and responsible supervision
Compliance with applicable local and state requirements
7. Agreement Terms
The signed puppy agreement represents the complete understanding between Best Frenchie Pups and the Adopter. Any changes or additional arrangements should be documented in writing and agreed upon by both parties.
